Adding users to houses on Slack

Option one (random sorting)

• Navigate to the House Cup dashboard.
• Click “Onboarding” in the sidebar menu.
• Under the “Randomly sort people into houses” section, select the houses you would like users to be sorted into.
• Click “Queue.”
• Users will now be sorted into houses automatically.

Option two (sorting based on criteria)

• Navigate to the House Cup dashboard.

• Click “Onboarding” in the sidebar menu.
• Under the “Sort people into house based on criteria” section, select the house that users should be sorted into.
• Under “Criteria”, you can select the criteria for your users, whether they belong to a specific house currently or do not belong to a house.
• Click “Queue” and users matching the criteria you specified will be sorted into the house you selected.
